A customer approached us with a specific requirement: they needed a reliable DC power supply for both 12V and 24V equipment as part of a critical infrastructure setup. The system had to be compact, low-maintenance, and able to provide 3–4 days of energy autonomy without grid support.
Our solution? An efficient Victron-based system neatly housed within a weatherproof enclosure.

- 🔋 2 × Victron 24V 200Ah Lithium Batteries
Robust, high-capacity batteries designed for long cycle life and deep discharging. Giving nearly 10kWh of storage with a small footprint. - 🔷 Victron SmartSolar MPPT 150/60-Tr
High-efficiency solar charge controller to maximise solar input and maintain battery health. This system was to have 4 x 475 watt solar modules connected for enough solar to charge the batteries in the middle of winter. - 🔧 Orion-Tr 120W DC-DC Converter
Converts 24V power to a regulated 12V output so both 12 and 24v loads can be supplied. - 💡 Victron Lynx Distributor
Ensures tidy distribution of DC power with fusing to all circuits. - 🔒 Victron Lynx Smart BMS500 (M8)
Advanced battery management system offering real-time monitoring, protection, and battery control.
